These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of services by RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C (hereinafter referred to as ‘the company’) on its website www.gotrips-dxb.com. They apply to all transactions carried out between the company and its customers.

By making a reservation on the site, you accept these conditions.

All reservations are considered firm upon receipt of the confirmation sent by e-mail. The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking.

Full refund (subject to the approval of the service providers working with RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C), less any administrative costs.

If the cancellation is initiated by RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C for reasons beyond its control (weather, technical problems, security, etc.), the client may choose between:

• A full refund.
• The possibility of postponing the booking to another date at no extra cost.

No refund will be given if the customer does not show up at the time and place indicated for the service booked.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the request, by the method of payment used at the time of booking (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Changes to bookings must be requested in writing to contact@gotrips-dxb.com or on the company’s whatsapp at least 48 hours before the start of the activity. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Specific or high-demand services may not be modifiable.

RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C cannot be held responsible in the event of cancellation, delay or modification of a service due to external and unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes or any other situation falling under force majeure. In such cases, the company will offer reasonable alternatives, including partial reimbursement or postponement.

Participation in the activities offered by RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C may involve risks. By booking, the client acknowledges and accepts these risks and releases RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C from all liability in the event of personal injury or material damage.

RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C is not responsible for personal property lost, stolen or damaged during the services provided.

RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C is not responsible for the services or content of third-party websites accessible via links on its site.

RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C recommends that all clients take out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, luggage and civil liability before participating in the activities offered.

In the event of force majeure or an unforeseen event, cancellation insurance can protect customers by enabling them to recover all or part of the costs incurred.

We recommend that customers take out insurance to cover accidents, medical emergencies and evacuations.

Protect yourself against the loss or theft of your belongings.

In the event of damage caused to third parties during an activity, this cover is recommended.

RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information collected during bookings will only be used to process orders and inform customers about our services.

Payment information is processed via secure platforms such as STRIPE.

You have the right to access, modify or delete your personal data by contacting us at contact@gotrips-dxb.com.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.

RAKAH GOTRIPS TOURISM L.L.C reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time and without prior notice. The modifications will be applied to contracts concluded after the date of the update.
