• Cancellation policy

  • Full payment is required at least two days before your scheduled activity. If we do not receive payment by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
  • In exceptional circumstances, we may need to adjust the Desert Visitor schedule or cancel the activity entirely. We maintain the right to amend or cancel activities under such conditions and will communicate any changes to you in advance whenever possible.
